Duties and Responsibilities

You will perform all acts, duties and obligations as may be designated by the Company. The nature of these tasks will be typical for those of a financial services company, including but not limited to:

• Source, assess, structure and execute private markets transactions incl. due diligence work, financial modelling and related administrative tasks.
• Regularly monitor, track and assess private markets portfolio transactions.
• Prepare internal and external transaction related documents.
• Support the development of the private markets team with the aim to improve and adjust processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or other related financial services role.
• Strong interest in private equity, venture capital, growth equity, and M&A.
• Experience writing long-form research a plus.

• Provide application and IT user support for commodities trading and risk management system (CTRM).

Principal/Senior Risk Analyst (Trading)

Responsibilities

• Provide risk control services for different financial products in crypto currency exchanges; and deep knowledge of financial logics of trading products to give insight into potential risks.
• Propose reasonable risk management strategies: According to the company's risk management requirements, formulate and implement corresponding risk management strategies to ensure that the company's trading risks are within a controllable range.
• Data mining or analysis, including constructing risk indicators and monitoring alarms; capable of getting insights into the potential risk by studying abnormal behavior.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management or in crypto industry, market either within a bank or investment firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Comuter Sicence, Information System, or relevant subjects.

Summary:

• Perform and undertake – under minimal guidance – market flows, management reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting and policy & process management activities.

Description:

• Compile and organize data from diverse sources into Excel spreadsheets and assist in generating Power BI reports.

Log and Account Review

1. Log review (covering Applications, Databases, and Operating Systems)

2. Account review (covering SAP and non-SAP servers)

3. Consolidate all log and account reviews, prepare the review reports (including clarifications and follow-up

actions), and submit to Authority within

4. Authority's stipulated timeline support activities related to log and account/access rights review and

management, such as configuration of log events and maintenance of documentation to ensure accuracy

and completeness

5. Vulnerability and Security Patch Managementmonitor, mitigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities

Backup Management

1. Ensure backup configurations are in compliance with the retention period stipulated in policies, and that

annual recovery tests are conducted.

2. Constantly track the backup status for SAP and non-SAP servers, and update the SOP if there is any

change in the backup configurations

Technical Change / Service Request (CR/SR) Management

1. Shall keep track of the technical CR/SR that are raised, being implemented and ensure proper closure,

which includes maintaining the required documents in Authority's repository or case management

system.

2. Consolidate the list of technical CR/SR to update Authority on a monthly basis.

3. Others shall support technical refresh and upgrade activities for both SAP and non-SAP landscapes

where required, such as managing the timeline, coordinating activities among various parties, and

reviewing of documentation.

4. Support new initiatives, such as onboarding of compliance platform and ticketing system.

Project Management

1. Support Authority in project management and administration,

2. Support administrative work for CRs.

3. Maintain the master CR lists, provide CR statistics, provide support for CR prioritisation discussions,

and consolidate approved CRs.

4. Monitor the activities to ensure CRs are implemented within agreed implementation timeline.

5. Review all quarterly and monthly e-HR KPI for CR/SR impact assessments supervise and train

team members maintain effective continuity of operations and ensure proper handing/taking over

process is done.

Required Competencies:

1. Good Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Controls

and Compliance.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in IT.

3. At least 1 year in System Management.

4. Experience in SAP HR projects is preferred.

• Ensure Daily All Nostro accounts are funded and squared appropriately
• Leading/ Lagging activities of Asset/Liab to optimize balance sheet returns
• Manage liquidity risk within key regulatory internal/ external ratios and triggers.
• Review daily All Price / Liquidity risk exposures for accuracy and to document any excesses on timely basis
