What You Will Do
The Senior Marketing Manager plays a key strategic leadership role within the Asia Pacific Self Care franchise, a stronghold business and high-performing business unit. Main responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for Smoking Cessation strategies, in partnership with lead markets and Global teams. • Develop and enhance the Strategic Plan and growth model including 3-year operating priorities spanning market entry, innovation pipeline, commercial innovation, learning plan, and brand communications
• Lead the Asia-Pacific Smoking Cessation Franchise Leadership Team (FLT), ensuring all members have a deep understanding & alignment to key operating priorities & deliverables, external landscape, and market needs.

What We Are Looking For

• A University degree is required. Masters degree in business or marketing specialization preferred.

Working Hours and Shift Organization
