JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

• Create and execute the talent acquisition strategy and manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to hiring

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, and onboarding

Data and Analytics

• Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, achieve & track recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improve the talent acquisition process
• Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise recruitment efforts

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and long-term staffing needs
• Develop strong relationships with assigned department heads and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies

JOB REQUIREMENT(S)

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of talent acquisition experience with managerial role

Position Purpose

To deliver great candidate and employee experience to attract the right people, to recruit and retain them in the organization.

a. Build employer brand with necessary outreach to promote social awareness and generate positive recruitment result.

Responsibilities
