What you will be doing:

• Oversee and manage all human resources activities through the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, learning and development, compensation and benefits
• Be the subject matter expert and provide support and guidance for all HR and Admin-related queries
• Review and shape Hubble’s company culture, including all HR policies, company activities, and people development
• Implement and master new technology software to help with company processes, including tools for communication, collaboration and reporting
• Explore and implement opportunities for events, initiatives and programmes beneficial for the company
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Develop clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
• Handle disciplinary meetings and investigations in accordance with company policy

What we need from you:

• Singaporeans (or no sponsorship required to work in Singapore) preferred
• At least 6 years’ experience in HR and Administrative matters with a Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resource Management
• Detail-oriented, independent and organized
• Driven to experiment, develop and streamline internal processes
• Comfortable with using technology to perform day-to-day work
• Adaptable, resourceful and flexible in handling a wide range of duties

What will you be doing?

The Usual Stuff:
• Overseeing payroll, leave management, benefits, handling grievances, and etcccccc…...
• Crafting HR policies and refining our employee handbook
• Ensuring everything's on track - from onboarding to tax

• Forecasting of manpower movement and requiremenment (Home leave, etc)

The Not-So-Usual:
• Engaging chats with our diverse team - from the Pioneer/Merdeka generations to colleagues from Bangladesh, India, and China.
• Organizing occasional meals with team members and director
• Addressing feedback (and sometimes explaining why some ideas may not be implemented)
• Translating policies (with external parties) into native language of different groups of colleagues
• Designing and develop Accountability Chart
• Develop and growth of new departments as we scale
