MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership / Staff Management

• Work with the respective site service managers, SMEs and site teams to address specific operational issues
• Support Regional Programs such as user experience programs, JLL system roll-outs, regional training programs/workshops and other initiatives as appropriate, through driving implementation and consistency across the hub/countries
• Drive Client specific programs such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices, hybrid working
• Actively work to ensure that the Hub’s financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets and financial processes as well as controls are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures
• Ensure data integrity of all systems across the Hub and perform audits from time to time
• Oversee and monitor SLA/KPI performance across the region and support the countries to address issues and ensure they are meeting or exceeding target scores
• Generate reports and conduct presentations such as QBR’s as per the service delivery requirements and overall account management.
• Establish consistency in the monthly reporting in each county

Procurement, Vendor and Contracts Management

• Work with the delivery teams to ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services as per the contract
• Work with the Regional Procurement Manager to oversee all vendor contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs, well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed and continually assessed to deliver best value to the client

Financial Management

• Assist the client and Account Director with the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.
• Look for opportunities to cross-sell services.
• Contract Management
• Support change control process for Regional MSA and SOWs.

Ideal Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field highly desirable

Job Description:

1. SHI Group operates in a broad range of business areas ranging from manufacturing equipment and infrastructure to fields making use of the latest advanced technology. We are currently looking for a Managing Director who is responsible for directing and managing the core functions such as basic policies, strategic issues, operational plans, sales, marketing, procurement and logistics of the Company and oversee all business operations. Job Requirements:

1. More than 25 years of experience in injection molding industry, of which at least 5 years in the management level position. Successful candidate is expected to have the industry experience within the last 5 years.

2. More than 10 years of conducting sales and maintenance activities for injection molding machines as a Sales/Marketing Manager or higher position, developing sales strategies based on market analysis, and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and production engineering to effectively drive project success.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience as management level in a foreign subsidiary as a RHQ of a publicly listed company, with responsibility for reporting the performance to directly reporting to senior management of HQ. Successful candidate must have an ample experience in overseeing ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, The Phillipines and Indonesia).

4. More than 2 years of working experience in overseeing financial statement and disclosure documents based on an international accounting standard as a senior manager or above. 7. Collaborate with manufacture and procurement team to align and follow the production plan within the planning time fence. Balance the supply and demand over planning horizon to achieve optimum availability and supply chain efficiency.

8. Works with internal related business units to appropriately incorporate trials into the production plan.
9. Establish process standards, including measurement and system integration with process requirements
10. Planning reporting related to key KPIs and analyze on biweekly/monthly trend and work on continuous improvement.
11. Direct leadership and guidance to all project related topics from sales, manufacturing, quality and supply chain within the region.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or a higher degree in mechanical manufacturing or a related field of materials engineering. 12+ years’ experience of supply chain management at API upstream and downstream industry.

3. Able to work in oversea place in Middle East of Asian, EA or NA for 3 months a time, and min. 9 months for a year;

Job Description

· Discharge the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and the WSH (WSHO) Regulations.

· Develop/implement WSH management system and risk management plans pertaining to the research and general activities in the workplace.

· Develop/implement programmes to steer WSH culture, habits and norms of the organisation.

· Develop WSH training programmes and conduct safety trainings.

· Provide advice to Management with respect to changes in the Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Standards, and make recommendations on any aspects of workplace safety & health and environment protection matters.

· Carry out WSH inspections and evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.

· Facilitate the management of risk in the workplace, recommend, implement actions and review effectiveness of measures to improve WSH performance and control risks.

· Implement emergency preparedness and response plans and communicate plans to stakeholders.

· Conduct incidents investigations and make recommendations to address root cause of incidents.

· Act as the secretariat and facilitate the operations of the WSH committee.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into operations and collaborate with external agencies when necessary.

Job Requirement

· Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields

· At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar WSH role.

· MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer

· Extensive knowledge of Singapore's and International WSH Standards and Regulation.

· SCDF registered Fire Safety Manager, MOH certified Biosafety Coordinator will have an added advantage

· Self-driven, meticulous, analytical mindset with strong ability to multi-task

· Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills
