• Holistic understanding of the Airline industry (trends. players, best practices, multifunctional experience across strategy, optimization, organization etc.)
• Domain knowledge at industry level of customer & commercial aspects (CRM, Loyalty, Selling/Servicing channels, etc.), operational aspects, back office (ERP, HR, Finance, etc.,)
• Development and expansion of offerings relevant to Airlines that support business growth including data related services, cobrands, Value Added Services etc.
• Build close relationships with Airline partners to develop expert understanding of their specific evolving needs.
• Strong desire to collaborate with colleagues across Hub functional practices Strategy, Product, Risk, Digital, Managed Services and our regional and global teams to utilise their expertise and share yours

The role will support and deliver projects across the AP region and will work on consulting engagements that address the challenges and opportunities facing Visa’s airline and travel clients. Using the power of Visa data and analytics these consulting engagements with help solve clients pain points, provide strategic market & customer insights to solve business issues for our clients including advising on growth, customer & product strategies.
 

1. Responsible for leading the company working closely with the parent & group companies.
2. Empower the senior managment team to make decision & ensure profitable revenue growth.
3. Oversee the company's financial performance, investments & other business ventures.
4. Lead & lead a team to develop, implement & imporve each USHIO related business plan.
5. Report & commit business plans & KPIs to Ushio headquarters & improve business plans in reponse to Ushio headquarter policies.
6. Responsible for Sales of USHIO and non-USHIO products, equipment installation & maintenance services to ASEAN, OCEANIA & INDIA regions.
7. Manage all locations & maintain employee/ business safely
8. Approval & evaluation of employee implementation plans and administration of promotion & demotion systems. Formulation of new organisation.
