Job Position: Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive
The primary role includes supporting the OPS team on scheduled deliveries of required supply chain. In additional, you act as the first point of contact for all preferred / approved suppliers and will be responsible for on-time delivery, processing orders, ensuring sufficient supply, handling complaints on shipment and delivery of orders under transportation budget. In this exciting role you will report directly to Procurement Director.
Key responsibilities
· Managing procurement budgets, strategies and payment process
· Assisting in forecast to predict future demand for goods, services and purchase requisitions.
Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations, supplier selection and contracting process
· Lead contract implementation and resolve issues in close alignment with Department Managers
· Develop and manage relationship with preferred / approved suppliers and track / develop their
performance (Initiate and conduct supplier performance evaluations)
· Execute / support projects / initiatives for his / her responsibility area in close cooperation with
Department Managers
· Executing competitive bids, spot buying or coordinate specification-sourcing process towards
category management
· Manage contracts and proactively initiate renewals or new tenders for existing contracts
· Change and follow-up on Purchase Orders based on requirements
· Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit
· Manage AP workflow when it comes to prices discrepancies
· Generate Purchase Order via ERP/SAP proactively
· Any ad-hoc task when it is required from us
· Handle quality non conformities
· Oversee the organization of internal processes: taking care of the documentation of processes and
documents, and working in an integrated manner with other areas;
· Contribute to the work of harmonization and communication procedures: Identify opportunities for
improvement and scale

· Minimum 5 years expertise in either Procurement or Technical Business context.
