Responsibilities:
- Expand sales in Singapore for the Flavor & Fragrance (F&F), Food, Beverage, Animal Nutrition, and Agrifood segments by actively acquiring new customers (Ingredients and Solutions).
- Collaborate with product managers of companies to commercialize sales.
- Explore new accounts in Homecare, Personal Care, and Aromatherapy (Aromas Business).
- Strengthen local relationships with global key accounts.
- Liaise with the technical team to support customer projects and coordinate with principals on business development.
- Report sales progress and provide weekly updates on project pipelines.
- Provide monthly demand forecasts and ensure timely stock arrivals.
- Gather and report competitor information and feedback to key suppliers on a quarterly basic.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education.
- Bachelor of Science in Food, Chemistry, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of sales experience in distributor/trader companies within the food industry.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to take risks.
- Strategic thinking ability.
- Effective influencer and collaborator.
