Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide process support for Electroplating processes, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop new processes based on technical requirements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Engage in process and productivity improvement initiatives to optimize electroplating operations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the plating line and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Create and update process records and process flow documentation to maintain accurate documentation of procedures.
Qualification, Work Experience & Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
- Prior experience in Precision Engineering and/or a background in chemistry is preferred.
- Preferably entry-level specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
This role demands a candidate with a strong technical background in engineering, particularly in chemical processes related to electroplating. The position requires proficiency in CAD software and the ability to troubleshoot and improve electroplating processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
