The Regional Small Works Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing small-scale construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion. The Regional Small Works Project Manager collaborates with varible / in-country project delivery teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality, cost-effective solutions are executed. 1. Regional Project Management:

The Assistant Director of CISS is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the Community Integration Support Services (CISS) department, comprising Community Services (CS), Itinerant Support Services (ISS), and Hearing Care Centre (HCC). This role requires key attributes in programme management, grant management, leadership, financial budgeting and management, new projects, risk management, compliance and strategic planning to ensure the effective delivery of the services rendered by SADeaf.

Strategic Leadership:

HCC: The SADeaf Hearing Care Centre provides free hearing tests to members, sale of assistive devices and support for financial assistance for needy clients.
